অষ্টম শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের বৃত্তি পরীক্ষা সাত দিন পিছিয়েছে। নতুন ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী, আগামী ২৮ ডিসেম্বর থেকে এ পরীক্ষা শুরু হবে, চলবে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত।
আজ বুধবার এ পরীক্ষার সংশোধিত সূচি প্রকাশ করেছে ঢাকা শিক্ষা বোর্ড।
সংশোধিত সূচি অনুযায়ী, ২৮ ডিসেম্বর বাংলা, ২৯ ডিসেম্বর ইংরেজি, ৩০ ডিসেম্বর গণিত এবং ৩১ ডিসেম্বর বিজ্ঞান এবং বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয় বিষয়ের পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
গত ২৪ সেপ্টেম্বর প্রকাশিত আগের সূচি অনুযায়ী, ২১ ডিসেম্বর বাংলা, ২২ ডিসেম্বর ইংরেজি, ২৩ ডিসেম্বর গণিত এবং ২৪ ডিসেম্বর বিজ্ঞান এবং বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয় বিষয়ের পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা ছিল।
৫ অক্টোবর প্রকাশিত জুনিয়র বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার সংশোধিত নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী, অনুমোদিত স্বীকৃতিপ্রাপ্ত মাধ্যমিক ও নিম্নমাধ্যমিক স্কুলে অধ্যয়নরত অষ্টম শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের ন্যূনতম ২০ শতাংশ ও সর্বোচ্চ ৪০ শতাংশ এ পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিতে পারবে।
অষ্টম শ্রেণির পাঠ্যবইয়ের ভিত্তিতে বাংলা, ইংরেজি, গণিত, বিজ্ঞান এবং বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয় বিষয়ে বৃত্তি পরীক্ষা হবে।
বাংলা, ইংরেজি ও গণিত বিষয়ে আলাদা আলাদা পরীক্ষা হলে বিজ্ঞান এবং বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয় বিষয়ের পরীক্ষা হবে একসঙ্গে।
বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার মোট নম্বর হবে ৪০০। বাংলায় ১০০, ইংরেজিতে ১০০, গণিতে ১০০, বিজ্ঞানে ৫০ এবং বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয় বিষয়ে ৫০ নম্বরের পরীক্ষা হবে। প্রতিটি পরীক্ষার সময় হবে ৩ ঘণ্টা। এ পরীক্ষার ফলের ভিত্তিতে ট্যালেন্টপুল কোটায় ও সাধারণ কোটায় শিক্ষার্থীদের বৃত্তি দেওয়া হবে।
বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার ফি নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে ৬০০ টাকা। নীতিমালায় পরীক্ষার্থীপ্রতি বোর্ড ফি নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে ৪০০ টাকা আর কেন্দ্র ফি নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে ২০০ টাকা।
জুনিয়র বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার সংশোধিত নীতিমালায় বলা হয়, প্রতিটি উপজেলা সদরে বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার কেন্দ্র স্থাপন করা হবে। পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্র হিসেবে ব্যবহারে সুবিধাজনক বিদ্যালয়কে প্রাধান্য দিতে হবে। পরীক্ষার্থীর সংখ্যা ও কেন্দ্রের অবকাঠামোর সুবিধা বিবেচনায় প্রয়োজনে একাধিক কেন্দ্র স্থাপন করা যাবে।
বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার সংশোধিত সূচিতে বলা হয়, পরীক্ষা শুরুর ৩০ মিনিট আগে অবশ্যই পরীক্ষার্থীদের পরীক্ষাকক্ষে আসন নিতে হবে। প্রশ্নপত্রে উল্লিখিত সময় অনুযায়ী পরীক্ষা নিতে হবে। বিজ্ঞান বিষয়ের জন্য ১ ঘণ্টা ৩০ মিনিট এবং বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয় বিষয়ের জন্য ১ ঘণ্টা ৩০ মিনিট মোট ৩ ঘণ্টা পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
এতে আরও বলা হয়, পরীক্ষার্থীরা প্রবেশপত্র নিজ নিজ প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রধানের কাছ থেকে পরীক্ষা আরম্ভের কমপক্ষে সাত দিন আগে সংগ্রহ করবে। কোনো অবস্থাতেই উত্তরপত্র ভাঁজ করা যাবে না। পরীক্ষার্থীরা পরীক্ষায় বোর্ড অনুমোদিত সাধারণ সায়েন্টিফিক ক্যালকুলেটর ব্যবহার করতে পারবে। কেন্দ্রসচিব ছাড়া অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তি বা পরীক্ষার্থী পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রে মোবাইল ফোনসহ অন্য কোনো ইলেকট্রনিক ডিভাইস সঙ্গে আনতে পারবে না।
২০২০ সালের আগে আলাদা করে জুনিয়র বৃত্তি পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হতো। করোনার সেই বছরে নতুন শিক্ষাক্রমের আলোকে তা আর চালু করা হয়নি। সম্প্রতি আবার পঞ্চম শ্রেণি ও অষ্টম শ্রেণিতে বৃত্তি পরীক্ষা চালুর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে সরকার।
অষ্টম শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের বৃত্তি পরীক্ষা সাত দিন পিছিয়েছে। নতুন ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী, আগামী ২৮ ডিসেম্বর থেকে এ পরীক্ষা শুরু হবে, চলবে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত।

৫ অক্টোবর প্রকাশিত জুনিয়র বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার সংশোধিত নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী, অনুমোদিত স্বীকৃতিপ্রাপ্ত মাধ্যমিক ও নিম্নমাধ্যমিক স্কুলে অধ্যয়নরত অষ্টম শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের ন্যূনতম ২০ শতাংশ ও সর্বোচ্চ ৪০ শতাংশ এ পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিতে পারবে।
অষ্টম শ্রেণির পাঠ্যবইয়ের ভিত্তিতে বাংলা, ইংরেজি, গণিত, বিজ্ঞান এবং বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয় বিষয়ে বৃত্তি পরীক্ষা হবে।
বাংলা, ইংরেজি ও গণিত বিষয়ে আলাদা আলাদা পরীক্ষা হলে বিজ্ঞান এবং বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয় বিষয়ের পরীক্ষা হবে একসঙ্গে।
বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার মোট নম্বর হবে ৪০০। বাংলায় ১০০, ইংরেজিতে ১০০, গণিতে ১০০, বিজ্ঞানে ৫০ এবং বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয় বিষয়ে ৫০ নম্বরের পরীক্ষা হবে। প্রতিটি পরীক্ষার সময় হবে ৩ ঘণ্টা। এ পরীক্ষার ফলের ভিত্তিতে ট্যালেন্টপুল কোটায় ও সাধারণ কোটায় শিক্ষার্থীদের বৃত্তি দেওয়া হবে।
বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার ফি নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে ৬০০ টাকা। নীতিমালায় পরীক্ষার্থীপ্রতি বোর্ড ফি নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে ৪০০ টাকা আর কেন্দ্র ফি নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে ২০০ টাকা।
জুনিয়র বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার সংশোধিত নীতিমালায় বলা হয়, প্রতিটি উপজেলা সদরে বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার কেন্দ্র স্থাপন করা হবে। পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্র হিসেবে ব্যবহারে সুবিধাজনক বিদ্যালয়কে প্রাধান্য দিতে হবে। পরীক্ষার্থীর সংখ্যা ও কেন্দ্রের অবকাঠামোর সুবিধা বিবেচনায় প্রয়োজনে একাধিক কেন্দ্র স্থাপন করা যাবে।
বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার সংশোধিত সূচিতে বলা হয়, পরীক্ষা শুরুর ৩০ মিনিট আগে অবশ্যই পরীক্ষার্থীদের পরীক্ষাকক্ষে আসন নিতে হবে। প্রশ্নপত্রে উল্লিখিত সময় অনুযায়ী পরীক্ষা নিতে হবে। বিজ্ঞান বিষয়ের জন্য ১ ঘণ্টা ৩০ মিনিট এবং বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয় বিষয়ের জন্য ১ ঘণ্টা ৩০ মিনিট মোট ৩ ঘণ্টা পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
এতে আরও বলা হয়, পরীক্ষার্থীরা প্রবেশপত্র নিজ নিজ প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রধানের কাছ থেকে পরীক্ষা আরম্ভের কমপক্ষে সাত দিন আগে সংগ্রহ করবে। কোনো অবস্থাতেই উত্তরপত্র ভাঁজ করা যাবে না। পরীক্ষার্থীরা পরীক্ষায় বোর্ড অনুমোদিত সাধারণ সায়েন্টিফিক ক্যালকুলেটর ব্যবহার করতে পারবে। কেন্দ্রসচিব ছাড়া অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তি বা পরীক্ষার্থী পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রে মোবাইল ফোনসহ অন্য কোনো ইলেকট্রনিক ডিভাইস সঙ্গে আনতে পারবে না।
২০২০ সালের আগে আলাদা করে জুনিয়র বৃত্তি পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হতো। করোনার সেই বছরে নতুন শিক্ষাক্রমের আলোকে তা আর চালু করা হয়নি। সম্প্রতি আবার পঞ্চম শ্রেণি ও অষ্টম শ্রেণিতে বৃত্তি পরীক্ষা চালুর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে সরকার।

বৃত্তিটির জন্য আবেদন করতে প্রার্থীদের সর্বনিম্ন ‘এ’ গ্রেড মানের পূর্ববর্তী একাডেমিক ফলাফল থাকতে হবে। প্রার্থীদের নেতৃত্বের গুণাবলি থাকতে হবে। সম্পূর্ণ একাডেমিক ইয়ার শেষ করার মানসিকতাসম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
বৃত্তির সংখ্যা
২০২৬ শিক্ষাবর্ষের (শরৎকাল সেশন) জন্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০টি বৃত্তি আন্তর্জাতিক শিক্ষার্থীদের এবং ১০টি বৃত্তি নরওয়েজিয়ান শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য বরাদ্দ রাখা হয়েছে।
অধ্যয়নের ক্ষেত্রগুলো
নরওয়েজিয়ান বিজনেস স্কুল বেশকিছু বিভাগে পাঠদান ও গবেষণা পরিচালিত হয়। এই বিভাগগুলো ব্যবসায় শিক্ষা ও ব্যবস্থাপনা বিষয়ের ওপর। এগুলো হলো হিসাবরক্ষণ ও অপারেশন ম্যানেজমেন্ট, যোগাযোগ ও সংস্কৃতি, ডেটা সায়েন্স ও অ্যানালিটিকস, অর্থনীতি, আইন ও শাসন, নেতৃত্ব ও সাংগঠনিক আচরণ, বিপণন এবং কৌশল ও উদ্যোগ।

এ ছাড়া স্নাতক ও স্নাতকোত্তর উভয় পর্যায় থেকে দুজন শিক্ষার্থী স্বর্ণপদক দেওয়া হয়।
এ বছর ইউল্যাব থেকে মোট ১ হাজার ৫০৮ জন শিক্ষার্থী সনদ পান, যার মধ্যে ১ হাজার ১১১ জন স্নাতক এবং ৩৯৭ জন স্নাতকোত্তর শিক্ষার্থী।
